Benchmark Rings - Over 40 years ago in Turkey, H. Tosyali's passion
for precious metals and gems inspired him to start a company to design and create
fine wedding bands. In 1972 he and his wife moved to the United States and built
the company now known as Benchmark. With him he brought the concept of the Comfort
Fit band and successfully introduced it to the US marketplace. In their factory
in Tuscaloosa, Alabama they manufacture some of the finest wedding bands in the
world using the purest gold, the finest platinum, the most talented designers and
the most skilled craftsmen.
All Benchmark wedding bands
are die struck. They start with a solid ring of gold or platinum and with meticulous
carving. The die struck method provides for a more consistent product, one with
less porosity and more gold - a solid band throughout. Cast pieces are more prone
to have voids within the metal which can occasionally lead to imperfections or breakage.
Over 30 years ago, Benchmark
brought the Comfort Fit design to the United States and obtained a patent. The inside
of our rings are oval shaped, eliminating the sharp edge against your finger, providing
years of comfortable wear. Other companies have modified this design but Benchmark's
is the original, true Comfort Fit. Over the years Benchmark has invested over $3,000,000
in the latest technologies to provide their customers with Precision Set diamonds.
Throughout the centuries companies have set diamonds by hand. Hand setting diamonds
can lead to inconsistencies and imperfections within your diamond ring. Benchmark
has solved this problem through our Precision Set diamond ring line. Each diamond
undergoes a stringent inspection judging color, cut, clarity and size. Only the
finest, most precise diamonds selected. They have developed a process that allows
us to set your diamonds by machine, insuring that your Benchmark ring will be perfect. Perfect means
that your diamonds will be safely secured within the piece. Your diamonds will be
perfectly spaced and flush meaning that the table (the top of the diamonds) will
be even with the top of the piece. Perfect also means that we will expose more of
your diamonds by using only the necessary amount of metal to secure the diamond
in place. Why should you hide any more of your diamonds than is absolutely necessary?
Traditional hand setting generally uses more metal to secure your diamonds, thereby
not exposing your enough of your beautiful diamonds. Visit the Benchmark Rings website

What does the fashion-conscious woman look for when she wants a unique, beautiful
piece of jewelry that can be worn every day but doesn't want to invest in a priceless
heirloom that may find itself out of style in a few years? Enter brothers Steven
and Richard, the expert designers behind S&R Designs. They founded their studio
nearly 15 years ago, designing and crafting stylish, one-of-a-kind silver cable
bracelets. They specialize in exquisite stylings of necklaces, earrings, bracelets,
and rings.

The brothers are quick to point out, though, that first and foremost they are designers.
"Designing jewelry is a constant process," Steven says. "We're always coming up
with fresh ideas." With over 1000 unique designs under it's belt, the company has
exploded onto the market in a way that few others have. The brothers take great
pride in the fact that new designs are being introduced almost daily, and that S&R
Designs is on the crest of determining fashion, not merely following it. To keep a step ahead, S&R Designs is always searching
for the Next Big Thing in upscale jewelry trends – and Steven and Richard have enjoyed
consistent success thus far. Each hand-crafted piece takes an average of two days
to make at S&R's New Jersey design studio, where 10 expert jewelers are employed
full-time to mold the brothers' dreams into wearable realities. All pieces are made
completely by hand, and the staff can often be found working on several designs
at the same time (as one jeweler solders, another is setting stones or polishing).
S&R has succeeded in bringing unique yet elegant nostalgic fashion accessories to
jewelers – and women –around the world. Give them a look the next time you are searching
for simply beautiful jewelry. Visit the S&R Designs website.

For more than three decades SA Kitsinian has been providing jewelers across the nation
with one of the largest varieties of fine gold and platinum jewelry available. They
are family business based in Van Nuys, California who manufactures, imports and
stocks more than 20,000 styles of jewelry in 10k, 14k, 18k, and platinum year round.
Tracing the heritage of S.A. Kitsinian Inc. takes us back over half a century to
where Kitsinian family members have been involved in the jewelry industry as artisans
and manufacturers. Sarkis A. Kitsinian, President and CEO of S.A. Kitsinian was
born into a family that designed and manufactured jewelry and said it was instilled
upon him at a very early age that it was a very prestigious career. As Mr. Kitsinian
states, “It was only natural that I would take a keen interest in the trade that
my family was deeply passionate about. I began to work with my family at the age
of thirteen and came to appreciate the artistic outlook that’s required to design
jewelry”.
Twenty years later
Sarkis A. Kitsinian founded his company in what is now known as the jewelry district
of Downtown Los Angeles. As one of the first jewelry designers to settle in downtown,
Mr. Kitsinian developed a reputation as a respectful designer of custom made gold
and gem jewelry. Custom made jewelry molded the Kitsinian name as a bona fide designer
and manufacturer of jewelry within the United States. Nonetheless, the jewelry industry
would soon expand and Mr. Kitsinian would begin to import jewelry from major manufacturers
of only the finest quality of basic chains and fancy jewelry items.
The turning point for S.A. Kitsinian Inc, for becoming one of the leading jewelry
vendors in the industry took place when they moved our manufacturing facility and
executive offices to Van Nuys. With the exception of imported goods, S.A. Kitsinian’s
merchandise is produced at the companies’ 25,000 square foot factory.
Remaining faithful to the
roots of the company as a family owned and run business, S.A. Kitsinian experienced
its newest addition to the team by the introduction of Arch Kitsinian six years
ago after he had completed his gemological degree from GIA. Today, Arch is at the
forefront of sales within the company. He has excelled in product knowledge and
customer service and has established himself as a corner stone of S.A. Kitsinian
Inc. Taking pride in his position to carry the family business into the millennium,
Arch Kitsinian remains loyal to his customers providing them with the extra care
and service they need.
As S.A. Kitsinian enters its second generation of family members, the thirty year
old firm remains confident that the Kitsinian name will remain a constant within
the jewelry industry as a leader in product, quality, innovation, service, and most
of all reliability. Visit the SA
